Cheese dairy
In order to guarantee practical trainings, the college operates own cheese dairy. The factory is planned and equipped by the Swiss engineering company Grob AG. With the daily capacity of 2000l and wide range of different equipment the factory enables students to produce wide assortment of milk products. Three individually separated cheese storage tunnels enables the aging process of different kinds of cheese. To monitor the quality of milk products, the dairy is equipped with modern milk laboratory. Since it is a training factory, there are demonstration classrooms inside the cheese dairy
